Dr. Chetner has been working in the veterinary field for over 12 years, starting as a veterinary assistant and later a veterinary technician before graduating from Midwestern University and becoming a Veterinarian. Her journey from kennel to clinic floor gives her a deep appreciation for every role in patient care — and a strong foundation for the compassionate, thorough approach she brings to each case.

As a general practitioner, Dr. Chetner enjoys the variety and complexity of veterinary medicine, but her true passion lies in emergency and urgent care, where she thrives under pressure and finds purpose in helping pets (and their humans) through some of their most stressful moments. From emergencies to everyday checkups, Dr. Chetner’s got your pet covered.  

At home, Dr. Chetner is mom to two golden retrievers and two cats — a chaotic and love-filled pack who keep her on her toes. When she’s not at the hospital, you’ll likely find her exploring new restaurants, traveling, or hunting down the perfect pair of shoes.
