Dr. Unda was born in Atlantic City, New Jersey where she grew up until the age of 11 yrs old. From there, her family moved to Ecuador, South America for two years where much of her extended family still resides. During her time in South America she became fluent in Spanish. Since 2000, she spent her time in Mississippi where she earned her Bachelor of Science and Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Mississippi State University.  She practiced veterinary medicine in Mississippi and Tennessee for 9 years before deciding to settle in Arizona.

Dr. Unda is very excited to be practicing in the  Scottsdale area and all the new people, pets, and challanges that may bring. She has special interest in soft tissue surgery, internal medicine, and preventative medicine. Dr. Unda believes thet a proactice preventative approach to your pets health can help them live their best and longest life. She looks forward to helping the pets of Arizona and continuing to grow and learn within the veterinary profession.

Outside of the clinic, Dr Unda enjoys hiking, drawing, traveling, planting, jigsaw puzzles, and fish keeping.

Dr. Unda and her husband, Jeremiah, reside in beautiful Rio Verde with their 2 dogs, Ahri and Tug, siamese cat Odin, two gargoyle geckos Gideon and Penelope, Panther chameleon, Ash, and 13 fish, all of which made the long road trip from Mississippi with her.
